admission process"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Comfortable communicating with Physicians, ARNP, LPNs, ADON and Pharmacists"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Assist physicians in developing treatment plans"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Ability to place PPD and obtain blood work"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Obtain vital signs and Complete detox assessments (CIWA, COWS) every 4 hours to monitor"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"patient for s/s of withdrawal"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Document full assessment (completed on each shift or every 12 hours) with a nursing note attached"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Administer scheduled and PRN medications"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Accurately complete a narcotic medication count"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Educate patients on medication protocols"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Ability to multi-task and delegate"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Knowledgeable and efficient with using EMR"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Implementing verbal physician orders and authenticating in writing, within a reasonable"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"time, and include in the patient record"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Accurately reporting pertinent information during shift report"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"?Maintains a safe and sanitary
