This position is intended for an experienced installer who is comfortable working independently and understands the standards required in a professional automotive restyling shop."},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"Responsibilities"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"Professionally install automotive window film on a wide variety of vehicles"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Complete door windows, quarter windows, rear windshields, and front windshields with exceptional installation quality"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Properly heat shrink window film when required"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Operate our plotter and cutting software for vehicle-specific patterns"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Troubleshoot basic plotter issues when they arise, including cutting, tracking, blade, pressure, alignment, and setup issues"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Inspect completed installations for contamination, creases, light gaps, fingers, or other imperfections before releasing the vehicle"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Properly protect customer vehicles during the installation process"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Clean up tools, materials, film scraps, and work areas after each job"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Mix and refill slip solution/spray bottles as needed"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Keep installation tools and equipment organized and in good working condition"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Assist with basic shop duties during downtime"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Communicate any vehicle concerns, installation issues, or equipment problems promptly"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Help maintain the high level of quality and customer experience expected at ShadeX Restyling"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Requirements"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"Previous professional automotive window tint installation experience is required"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Must be able to confidently tint vehicles without constant supervision"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Must have experience shrinking and installing rear windshields"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Windshield tint installation experience required"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Experience operating a window film plotter and pattern-cutting software"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Ability to diagnose and resolve basic plotter/cutting issues"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Strong attention to detail and high standards for installation quality"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Ability to keep a clean, organized workspace"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Reliable transportation and dependable attendance"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"Must respect customer vehicles, shop equipment, and other team members"},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Preferred Experience"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"Experience with paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, vehicle disassembly/reassembly, or other automotive restyling services is a plus, but not required."},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"What We’re Looking For"},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to get cars in and out as quickly as possible.
